Our team searches the MLS for all on-market homes for sale and sends emails updates daily with all active listings. In addition, we contact homeowners of off-market properties. These are to include but not limited to: pre-foreclosures, expired listings, and for sale by owner listings. We also use our network of other local real estae brokers and investors to locate a home that may not be on the market yet.
