How we find your home
Metro Denver's real estate market currently favors sellers, as many homes are receiving multiple offers from buyers. This can be frustrating for buyers while they must compete with others for a home they have already fallen in love with. Our team understands that buying a home shouldn't be a long, stressful, or disappointing process. We not only send you daily updates of active MLS listings, we contact homeowners of off-market homes who have expressed interest in selling in the past. By looking at off-market homes, we are able to reduce or eliminate other buyer competition while also providing positive selling points to homeowners.
Where we look for your home
Our team searches the MLS for all on-market homes for sale and sends emails updates daily with all active listings. In addition, we contact homeowners of off-market properties. These are to include but not limited to: pre-foreclosures, expired listings, and for sale by owner listings. We also use our network of other local real estae brokers and investors to locate a home that may not be on the market yet.
With the advancement of online home searches and market information being widely available, many buyers (and sellers) wonder if they really need to use a Realtor® to buy or sell their home. One important reason to hire a real estate broker is for our negotiating expertise. We use our knowledge, experience, and open-mind to come up with creative negotiations to increase out clients' probablity of having their offer received.
